Richard Skudder, Bsc (Hons) Ost Med, D.O Registered Osteopath Richard qualified from the BSO in 2002. He achieved a 1st degree as well as the accolade of 'The Technique Prize' a prize that is given for the most skilful and effective application of treatment to one person within the University. He has since worked for the NHS and Private clinics in London and within the Southeast, he has also taught Osteopathy at Auckland University in New Zealand. As well as working in private practise Richard tutors part-time at the BSO in London. Richard has helped many patients with a wide variety of problems, ranging from babies to the elderly. He has a specialist interest in treating migraines and headaches. |
Tanya May, Bsc (Hons) Ost Med, D.O, N.D Registered Osteopath and Naturopath Tanya Graduated from The British College of Osteopathy and Naturopathy in 2004 and is a Qualified Osteopath and Naturopath. She worked as an associate within two large Osteopathic Practices in West Sussex before taking over Hove Osteopathic Clinic with Richard in 2005. Her naturopathic approach to osteopathy means that in addition to any structural imbalances in the body through a hands-on Osteopathic approach; she is able to give advice in respect to nutrition, diet, exercise and lifestyle relative to your condition. The underlying principle being that good health results from a balance between the structural, nutritional, and psychological aspects of a person. Tanya enjoys working with people of all ages and has experience in treating a broad spectrum of both sports and work related injuries. Her areas of special interest are in postural correction and exercise rehabilitation for muscle imbalance disorders. |
