Richard Skudder,

Bsc (Hons) Ost Med, D.O

 

Richard qualified from the BSO in 2002. He achieved a 1st degree as well as the accolade of 'The Technique Prize' a prize that is given for the most skilful and effective application of treatment to one person within the University.

He has since worked for the NHS and Private clinics in London and within the Southeast, he has also taught Osteopathy at Auckland University in New Zealand.

As well as working in private practise Richard tutors part-time at the BSO in London. Richard has helped many patients with a wide variety of problems, ranging from babies to the elderly. He has a specialist interest in treating sports injuries and more complex biomechanical problems.

 

 

 

Chris Bull, 

BSc. Hons (Ost).

Registered Osteopath 

Chris qualified as an Osteopath 18 years ago, he has travelled extensively and worked around the world as an osteopath in Barbados, New Zealand and Australia which i where he started to specialise in sports related injuries and rehabilitation. On returning to the UK in 2007 Chris worked in the premier league for 9 years with Fulham FC and Queens Park Rangers Fc. this has giving him extensive experience and knowledge of sports related injuries, rehabilitation and training. Chris has also taught as a clinical supervisor for 4 years between the British School of Osteopathy and the University of Technology in Auckland (New Zealand).

Chris has a keen interest in functional neuroscience and functional movement patterns which he applies to help identify root causes in patients problems.

 

 

Venetia Powell

M Ost

Venetia qualified with a Masters in Osteopathy at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine. Since graduating she has completed further training in cranial osteopathy, paediatrics, functional osteopathy, dry needling and Neil Asher Technique (for frozen shoulder).

Treatment from Venetia is tailored to each individual, but may include joint articulation, manipulations, massage, visceral techniques (working on the intestines and lymphatic system), strengthening/stretching exercises, dry needling, cranial osteopathy and nutritional advice. Her aim is to help her patients to understand why their problem has arisen and prevent recurrence through treatment, advice and exercise.
