Richard Skudder, Bsc (Hons) Ost Med, D.O Registered Osteopath Richard qualified from the BSO in 2002. He achieved a 1st degree as well as the accolade of 'The Technique Prize' a prize that is given for the most skilful and effective application of treatment to one person within the University. He has since worked for the NHS and Private clinics in London and within the Southeast, he has also taught Osteopathy at Auckland University in New Zealand. As well as working in private practise Richard tutors part-time at the BSO in London. Richard has helped many patients with a wide variety of problems, ranging from babies to the elderly. He has a specialist interest in treating migraines and headaches. |

James Olorenshaw BSc. Hons (Ost.).
registered osteopath
James qualified from The British School of Osteopathy in 1992. He has his own practice in Surrey where he been working for the past nineteen years. He was a Senior Clinical Tutor and lecturer at The British School of Osteopathy for many years. He founded the Reigate and Redhill Osteopathic Group and therefore acts as a regional representative to the profession's governing body, The General Osteopathic Council. He has also recently been appointed through the government's Appointments Commission to sit on the council's Investigating Committee. Through undergraduate and postgraduate study he has developed techniques to apply to many different problems including sports injuries, chronic pain and jaw problems. He has also undergone postgraduate study in cranio-sacral osteopathy, offering a very gentle approach to suitable issues. |

Suzie Franklin, BSc. Hons (Ost).

Suzie qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 2003 with a first class honours degree and has been working on the south coast since then. Suzie enjoys a general practice and have undertaken post-graduate practical courses to build my skills over the years. Since having her son in 2007, has developed a particular interest in treating pregnant ladies, babies and children, which is challenging but immensely rewarding. Suzie is interested in promoting osteopathy as a health-management strategy and am currently involved in a pilot revalidation scheme to ensure cohesion and safety within the profession. |

Jez Kearns, BSc. Hons (Ost). Registered Osteopath
Jez qualified from The College of Osteopaths in 2008 and has worked in Hove, Kemptown and Steyning both privately and with the NHS.
Jez feels that Osteopathy is a collaborative process between the patient and the osteopath and seeks to help the patient to understand the origins and mechanisms of their pain and provide them with the tools to both recover quickly and prevent recurrence of the problem.
Jez is particularly interested in postural and work related injuries as well as headaches. This has led him to undertake postgraduate courses in stretching and ergonomics. |
