Physiotherapist At The Circle Studios
WHAT IS PHYSIOTHERAPY?
Physiotherapy is a holistic science based manual therapy, taking into consideration your health and wellbeing.
Nigel helps people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice.
At the core is the patient’s involvement in their own care, through education, awareness, empowerment and participation in their treatment.
The profession helps to encourage development and facilitate recovery, enabling people to stay in work while helping them to remain independent for as long as possible.
Research shows that more than 80% of patients get better in 5 treatments or less, making it a cost-effective treatment. Getting treatment quickly (within 8 weeks of injury) is proven to reduce recovery time.
Booking an appointment with a private physiotherapist guarantees you are seen quickly at a time that is convenient for you, meaning, you can ‘get back on track’ as soon as possible. Treatment is often covered by private medical insurance.

Emily is a fully qualified and insured registered counsellor, who is a member of BACP which is governed by the Professional Standards Authority. She carefully follows the codes of conduct outlined.
Emily started my counselling training in 2014. Since then she has successfully completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling at University of Brighton. As part of this course, She has been in clinical practice, working within a government funded service offering counselling and co-facilitated support groups to those in unpaid caring roles.
Before training to be a counsellor, I worked within clinical administration at Hove Osteopathic Clinic, and have worked there for over 10 years, after completing a Batchelor of Arts in Business Administration. When working on reception, I noticed I mostly enjoyed talking with the clients in the waiting room. I decided to develop this skill further and undertaking counselling training.
As part of my ongoing development, I regularly attend continual professional development workshops to ensure my knowledge is as up to date, ensuring that I am offering the best possible service to clients. I am currently undertaking a Master of Science in Psychotherapy at University of Brighton.
